A GREAT CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE INITIATIVE STARTS AT THE TOP

The C-suite from Hyster-Yale Group kicked off the global HY Care CX program with a personal message to share with team members globally. The video below communicates the passion and vision of the HYG leadership regarding this important program.  Ten Pound Hammer guided the production by creating a dynamic visual treatment, adding excitement to what could have easily been a dry talking head video.
