When Häfele launched the Artisan line of hardware, what its managers thought they needed was a brochure. But we used our scientific process to unearth the challenge that dealers faced: a tool to help their customers visualize the result.
Using print execution to achieve our own virtual reality, we printed
product samples on clear plastic, allowing customers to “sample” the product on the cabinets in their home environment.
This innovative and effective showroom tool helped Häfele reduce marketing expense by eliminating the need for many costly sample kits while helping customers easily see how products would look in their kitchens.
